intelWATT project participated on the European Researchers’ Night, the event aimed at disseminating science and bringing the public closer to the world of research that includes a rich program of scientific experiments and activities, environmental education initiatives, edutainment events, shows and special guests. Our project partner, Politecnico di Torino, participated to the event on 24th and 25th of September 2021 with a booth dedicated to their research activity and presented intelWATT project to the audience with a poster entitled “Sustainable electrochemical devices for energy harvesting and storage”; this European Researchers’ Night edition, in fact, was dedicated to the main objectives of the European Green Deal: limiting the increase in global warming to protect the planet and all its forms of life, decarbonising the energy system and focusing on renewable sources, stimulating an industrial policy based on the circular economy, promoting a sustainable mobility system, protecting biodiversity and agricultural and fish production are only some of the objectives.
